this letter is planned to intersperse an oral protest i made by phone to the mall office on.as i told mall executive on that date, my visit to was fewer than enjoyable due to the very hostile sales group from the hair-straightening booth.
as i attempted to pass through the mall, although i purposely gave the kiosk a thick berth, i was orally accosted by the hair-straightening pitchmen.i can only contrast the experience to that one might suppose from a city street seller or a carnival barker.i am sure this is not the image you want the to project.
i wish this letter adds to what i am sure is a strong, negative customer reaction to the sales plans and approach of the workers at the hair-straightening kiosk.i advise you to direct the kiosks operators to act in a way more befitting the , or revoke their lease.
